    L&D stands for Learning Development and is all about businesses increasing the skill set of their employees. This can be in a range of areas from hard or practical skills or soft skills such as communication and self-confidence.

    Creativity is consistently one of the most sought after skills that businesses want new employees to have.

    Creatives like you are in an excellent position to use your talents to create learning and development training. Sometimes it will be in the direct transference of the skills from your creative activity - for example voice techniques, writing or photography that a business has an interest in or use for. We also collect information when you voluntarily complete customer surveys, provide feedback and participate in competitions. How will we use the information about you?

We collect information about you to process your enquiry, manage your account and, if you consent, to email you about other products and services we think may be of interest to you. If you fill out your details in this contact form, the data is secured in our email service provider’s server (Gmail).  We do not use it for marketing purposes and never share it with third parties.

We use your information collected from the website to personalise your repeat visits to our website. We will not share your information with companies outside the organisation except where required to mailing list providers as detailed below.

In processing orders, we may send your details to, and also use information from credit reference agencies and fraud prevention agencies.

Information provided for marketing purposes will be retained and regular consent will be sought to continue providing you with this service. You have the right to unsubscribe and have your data deleted at any time as defined at the end of this policy.

Personal data including first name, last name, email address, access requirements and dietary preferences may be required for attending events which we host or facilitate, and failure to provide information in these cases may limit the ability of the organisation to run an event. Information relating to events will be anonymised 1 year from event completion. Anonymised data may be retained to assist with planning future events.

No automated decision making or processing takes place.

Additional Processors

We operate an email mailing list program, used to inform subscribers about products, services and/or news we supply/publish. Users can subscribe through an online automated process where they have given their explicit permission. Subscriber personal details are collected, processed, managed and stored in accordance with the regulations named in ‘The policy’ above. Subscribers can unsubscribe at any time through an automated online service, or if not available, other means as detailed in the footer of sent marketing messages (or unsubscribe from all Mailchimp lists for example).
