WHAT KIND OF CREATIVE SUPERHERO ARE YOU?
Hey! I'm Heather
For 20 years I've been helping artists develop hundreds of projects that use their brilliant creativity to solve business problems.
The results have been fantastic - but now is the time to do more.
Businesses need artists - they need your creative thinking and your unique perspective.
It's time to mobilise an army of artists, creatives and makers who can use their gifts to make an even bigger difference in the world - whilst getting paid to do so!
I want to help give you the business tools, knowledge and more than anything - the confidence to take your unique abilities and what you love to do and develop it into a service or product that people want to buy.
It's time for you to take the first step.
I'll be here to help.

Victoria Square CHRISTMAS LIGHT SWITCH ONs
When Victoria Square were interested in adding a community parade to their Christmas Light Switch on extravaganza - we were delighted they came to us!
For the last 5 years we have curated a parade involving over 500 participants from a range of arts organisations, community groups, schools and charities adding an extra special feel-good family atmosphere to their event!
We also help them source the very best creative talent including community choirs, aerial silk artists and musicians to create the Christmas event of the season - which keeps their customers coming back year after year.
MIChAEL CORBIDGE, RSC
HSF Communication & VOICE TRAINING
Who better to teach you how to communicate effectively than a trainer who works with some of Hollywood's biggest stars!
Herbert Smith Freehills wanted to improve the communication skills of their whole team and we were able to connect them with Michael Corbidge, Senior Voice Coach for the Royal Shakespeare Company.
A week of theatre based skills using Shakesperian texts helped the team vastly improve their voice, posture, communication and confidence.
We think - if it's good enough for Dame Judi Dench - it's just what the HSF Team deserve!
DOOGAN DANCE, TITANIC DENIM, FACEMATES
ULSTER BANK TEAM BUILDING
We were contacted by Ulster Bank to provide a creative and innovative way to help them engage their team members and promote diversity. What better way than an afternoon learning to dance!
Working with Doogan Dance Academy participants first learnt the moves from Michael Jackson's Thriller before working with Titanic Denim to create some fabulous costumes and apply the essential zombie make up.
Finally participants all took part in the filming of their final dance. We heard they also got some pretty strange looks on their bus rides home!
THOMAS BROWN
BANK OF IRELAND BE AT YOUR BEST CHOIR
Partnering with professional choir leader Dr Thomas Brown we were delighted to provide a workplace choir programme for Bank of Ireland as part of their wellbeing programme Be At Your Best.
The programme is designed to support their staff's mental health so as singing is proven to increase well being it was the obvious choice!
Staff took part in a series of weekly choir sessions which led to a final performance entertaining customers in a number of their branches.
TERRA NOVA PRODUCTIONS
BDO NETWORKING TRAINING
How do you learn to network effectively?
You get up and practice!
The Young professionals network from BDO worked alongside Andrea Montgomery from Terra Nova Productions in a unique training we developed to teach them the best ways to network.
Learning skills including joining and leaving a conversation, introducing yourself and confident body language, delegates were not only given the relevant skills but a safe environment in which to put it into practice.
ALY HARTE
VICTORIA SQURE 10th BIRTHDAY CELEBRATIONS
In 2018 Victoria Square were celebrating their 10th Birthday and came to us for inspiration!
As they wanted to create stronger connections with local schools we developed an art-competition to create a piece of art in the triangular shape of their iconic dome.
Almost 1000 budding artists rose to the challenge and the beautiful winning pieces were displayed in the dome to celebrate the birthday.
We also commissioned Aly Harte to create a painting of the dome as well as delivering schools workshops to our winners!
GATHERING DRUM
DRUMMING AND SINGING TEAM BUILDING
With over 150 attendees to engage and entertain during their annual HR away day, The Henderson Group contacted us requesting a fun team building activity which also explored themes of leadership and communication.
Not content with just one art form we created an interactive musical experience combining both singing and drumming!
.
The group was split into two - each group worked on a different element and then came back together to create an amazing cacophony of sound - or something like that!
The team really through themselves into both elements and the activity even encouraged The Henderson Group to start their own workplace choir - which of course we were delighted to arrange for them too!
